For sale: a complete steel-framed canopy/entrance structure dismantled from a commercial facility. The structure features a dark-painted steel portal frame with welded and bolted connections, corrugated metal roof decking, and an integrated full-height glazed curtain wall façade. Suspended LED linear strip luminaires are included and remain in working condition. The steel columns are circular hollow sections with a painted finish in excellent condition showing minimal wear. Electrical junction boxes, cable management rails, and suspension wire hardware are all present. The structure is well-suited for re-use as a covered entrance, transit canopy, showroom forecourt, or industrial walkway. Overall condition is very good for a second-hand steel structure; surface paint is intact with only minor scuffs consistent with normal use. A full photographic record is available on request.
