Our Mission

Hoppie Hoppie exists to give second-hand building materials a second life. Every year, thousands of tonnes of perfectly usable steel structures, greenhouses, industrial buildings and machinery are demolished or scrapped — not because they are worn out, but simply because the original owner no longer needs them.

We believe that is a waste — of materials, of embodied energy, and of money. Our mission is to connect the people who have these assets with the people who need them, quickly and efficiently, anywhere in Europe.

What We Do

We operate a curated online marketplace exclusively for second-hand building materials. Unlike general classifieds sites, every seller on our platform is a vetted professional: a dismantling company, an estate agent for industrial real estate, a trading firm or a large enterprise clearing its sites.

This means buyers can browse with confidence. The listings are accurate, the sellers are reachable, and the materials are genuinely available.

The construction industry is one of the largest consumers of raw materials globally; every tonne reused is a tonne not mined, smelted or fabricated from scratch.
